RTO - Credit Check
A credit check will only be necessary for structures with an RTO amount over $12,000. A credit score of 600 or higher is needed to proceed if a credit check is required.

The maximum amount able to be accepted through RTO is $20,000.

If the structure is over $20,000, the difference would have to be paid, aside the down payment.

Renters are eligible for contracts up to 48 months, providing a signed landlord release from the property owner.
